Even in everyday work or home contexts, people increasingly struggle with the experience of making devices talk to each other. Once the professional preserve of professional specialists, the encounter between different corporate standards and industry bodies plays out in our personal life. This consultancy project for startup company fonleap is investigating the way people experience these challenges.
