The Citizens Advice Bureau is a charity providing free advice on issues such as debt, family law and tenancy to a wide range of individuals, including many who are vulnerable or disempowered.

Cambridge Citizens Advice has been a leading innovator in the creation of Advice Hub Kiosks for online access to information in rural Cambridgeshire and elsewhere. This project is exploring ways in which the personal consultations between volunteers and clients in local offices differ from the structure of online information seeking.
