Bill was a postdoctoral researcher at Xerox EuroPARC, before moving to a post in the Computer-Related Design department at the Royal College of Art. He is now Professor of Design, and leads the Interaction Research Studio, at Goldsmiths, University of London. He contributed to one of the Age and Meaning projects within the New Dynamics of Ageing programme.
