Gavin was previously a lecturer on the Cambridge department of Architecture, and is now a practicing architect, pursuing a part-time PhD co-supervised by François Penz and Alan Blackwell. He is exploring the use of digital media within public architecture contexts, especially as related to mixed physical/virtual exhibition design.
