This project investigating the contribution of ICT to civil society and bottom-up governance in the developing world is an inaugural research project of the multi-disciplinary Centre of Governance and Human Rights based in the Cambridge department of Politics and International Studies. The research is directed by Sharath Srinivasan, and is being carried out in collaboration with FrontlineSMS:Radio.
