This project funded by EPSRC under the Digital Economy Programme Research in the Wild initiative, is directed by Mike Higton in the Faculty of Divinity. Building on the Scriptural Reasoning approach that has been created by the Cambridge Inter-Faith Programme for facilitating encounters between different faith communities, this online project is developing a platform for multi-language (English, Hebrew and Arabic) discussion of texts, with commentary and discussion facilitated by rapid machine-aided translation. The technical platform for the project is derived from the Meedan platform for Arabic-English dialogue.
