Luke is a PhD student in the Computer Laboratory, supervised by Alan Blackwell, and with funding from Kodak Corporation. He is investigating aesthetic and ethical approaches to programming languages, and programming-like computational experiences. His overall concerns are with very large scale computation experiences, and with emergence as a property of computer systems.
