Ucam-WebAuth-AA Perl module

Ucam-WebAuth-AA contains two modules: a generic Perl application agent (Ucam::WebAuth::AA) and a sub-class of that (Ucam::WebAuth::CGIAA) customised for use in a Perl CGI program that wants to protect itself using Raven. These modules module also requires Ucam::WebAuth::Ticket.
