Service Desk Call Handling Procedure

  • Whilst the the CL does NOT run the CamCORS service our User Admin team does have limited delegated administration abilities on the CamCORS system. If in doubt you should check with our User Admin team before customers are passed to the CamCORS Helpdesk.
  • Customers can be passed to the CamCORS Helpdesk by forwarding the phone call/email. RT tickets should then have the Status set to Resolved. Tell the requestor:
    I am passing this request over to the CamCORS Helpdesk.
