Service Desk Call Handling Procedure

  • The Service Desk does not deal with calls about the CGSRS (also known as "CamGRAD") unless the problem lies with the Raven authentication process itself (see below). An authentication CRSid must have the correct permissions to logion which is the CGSRS's responsibility.
  • Customers can be passed to the CGSRS's Helpdesk giving them the contact details below. RT tickets should then have the Status set to Resolved.
