  • For technical service issues only, customers can be passed to the Cantab.net Helpdesk giving them the URL to the Cantab contact web-form at http://www.cantab.net/content/contact/contact.php.
  • For general alumni queries refer to the the Cambridge Alumni Relations Office (CARO) contact details below.
  • In both cases RT tickets should then have the Status set to Resolved.

Forwarding Cant.net email Vince Woodley 14 Nov '12

The Quick Guide to Cantab.net Webmail (shown on log-on) has:

"Email Forwarding Destination

Should you wish to forward your email to another account or to setup an autoresponder. Configured via Options > Forwarding and Autoreplies."

but the default "Quick Options" page does NOT show "Forwarding and Autoreplies" and you must first set "Show Advanced (Full) Options Page?" to "Yes" to be able to access "Forwarding and Autoreplies".
