This is the Digital Services content page of the CL Wiki Service Desk Knowledgebase. Its purpose is to provide information to the Service Desk team on how to handle incidents, problems and requests about this CL service. Key Service Description & URLs

  • Digital Services (formerly CARET and ESS) are based in the UL
  • University Timetable at https://www.timetable.cam.ac.uk/
  • The timetable service itself is being supported by us here in Digital Services - ie use of the system by students and by administrative staff. Students can access their timetables directly on the server, or can create an iCal feed to be loaded on to their Google calendars.


Service Desk Call Handling Procedure

  • Customers can be passed to the Digital Services giving them the contact details below. RT tickets should then have the Status set to Resolved.
