Editing a lookup group Ian Mackey (talk) 10:11, 3 October 2014 (BST):
- Go to the lookup page for the group in question (e.g. http://www.lookup.cam.ac.uk/group/groupname)
- Click on the "Members" tab along the top.
- Click on the [Edit] button below the list of names.
- Presented with an open "Text box" below the phrase "Add members", click in that box and simply start to enter the CRSID of the person you want to add.
- The web page will "auto-complete" CRSID and username as you type.
- You are presented with a (shortening with every character entered) list of names, simply click on the name required.
- Repeat this process, one line at a time, until you have all the members added that you wish.
- Once you have finished, click on the [Save] button on the bottom at the bottom left of the page.
