Service Desk Call Handling Procedure

Escalation points and key contacts to be defined... Matlab - We have some licences in addition to the Matlab Site Licence. Any tickets relating to Matlab under linux should be given to ckh11, tickets relating to Matlab under Windows should be given to gt19. Mathematica - we have a limited licence for this - give tickets to ckh11
