Go to the Service Desk hub page.

If CL staff need to tell the Service Desk team about problems with a service please email sys-admin-aside@cl.cam.ac.uk.

This is the CL Wiki homepage of Service Desk Knowledgebase. The objective is to provide a catalogue of services which the CL provides to its users, and to provide focused information about them. The target audience is however the Service Desk team in order to help them handle incidents, problems and requests about CL services. It's not a clever knowlegebase like KBPublisher, just a bunch of Wiki pages that serve a purpose.

Please do not edit this page, however if you are a provider of one of the services listed here please feel free to add to the "knowledge" about that service on the appropriate contents page.
